Here are the issues that came up during the department meeting, plus a few more. (I’ve set this up as a Google Doc here: )

* How will transportation to/from on-campus meetings and events events work?
* How will IT support work for staff computers in off-campus location?
* Will there be adequate bicycle parking?
* Will the new building be tested for mold & allergens?
* Will there be an adequately sized and equipped staff lounge?
* How will check-in and receiving of print serials and monographs work?

Thanks to Jack, Jay, and Raimonda for volunteering – since Jack hasn’t served on a library committee for a couple years, and Jay & Raimonda have been kind enough to serve on a few (Jay on the Convocation Committee, Raimonda on the Library Reorg, among others), it seems to me it’s Jack’s turn. I’m sure Jack will do a fine job as Acq rep for ERC. S.

Thanks Sonia, this is helpful. Please note that orders/invoices for print & e-resources are to be paid by Serials in 200, not by the E-Res Unit in 300. There might be times when it’s advisable for Sonia or Jack to let Chris & Co. know an invoice was paid. Steve

Jason, yes Paying Unit staff, 3 of us, will be there. I’m sure I told you this earlier but here it is for the record. Will there be an ARROW report that allows us to see all of the charges to a specified object code at the line item level of detail? Like the payments per budget report?
