Copibook update
We’re waiting to hear back from Logan on when he’ll be up to reconfigure the copibooks to save to a drive in the DLC and then we’ll transfer all files at night. Right now, the copibooks have save errors with more than one in operation because of the size of the files they’re capturing and the limited network switch (100MB) they go through to save to the SAN. The connector-switch for the copibook peripherals is on my desk if it’s needed.
We’re also investigating the possibilities for a switch module upgrade, but there are–as always–lots of other variables at play.

Logan will be up after 11:30 (and maybe after lunch if his meeting runs long).
Test!
This all looks good. Thank you again, Laurie!
Copibook is done, and Logan will be back tomorrow to test load on a wall plate for possible switch/wallplate upgrades.
The copibook switch is an unmanaged switch so he’ll have to put monitoring inline between the scanners and the storage PC. He’s gathering supplies currently and will come up after lunch to setup a laptop to act as the monitor for a few days.
