Batching through Multiple Folders

The Bryant re-re-re-processing has many nested folders and required batching through the files in those folders while saving the files to the same location, and this tells how to do it (click on “Override” next to destination after setting destination to “save and close”).

Tracking DB Display

The image below has changes for the display marked in red. This is just a display issue, so it’s fairly minor but when dealing with so many systems even the little bits help a lot!

Tracking Database Display for Multiple Volumes

In the tracking database, the display for multiple volumes of items with “archive” as the material types doesn’t list the subtitle on the multiple-VID view for the main item or for the individual volumes and it should do so just like it does for images.

OCR and Loading Update

OCR 1 is free, OCR 4 is in use and moving quickly. Almost everything is loaded, but Matt’s computer is loading the current remaining files to load from SAN–Load–loading-d.
The files in Load–error need to be checked and reloaded.
The files in the Archive–loaded folder need to be burned and sent to FDA (and anywhere else [...]
