OCR and Loading Update
OCR 1 is free, OCR 4 is in use and moving quickly. Almost everything is loaded, but Matt’s computer is loading the current remaining files to load from SAN–Load–loading-d.
The files in Load–error need to be checked and reloaded.
The files in the Archive–loaded folder need to be burned and sent to FDA (and anywhere else necessary). Since burning is the next step on those, I’ve started transferring them to Matt’s drive (5349) and the drive on the machine next to him (5406). Transferring even some of these will take a couple of hours and then it’s time to burn and FDA!
We need to watch the SAN space closely–we’re at just over 300GB and so anything we can move off without it being a huge workflow killer would be great.
