FTP Problems

Some partners have reported problems with FTPing and Mark is investigating those. He thinks it may be an internal proxy setting based on the partner network configurations, which means it’s harder to troubleshoot than we’d like. Hopefully we’ll have suggestions toward or a solution soon!
