FTP Problems
Some partners have reported problems with FTPing and Mark is investigating those. He thinks it may be an internal proxy setting based on the partner network configurations, which means it’s harder to troubleshoot than we’d like. Hopefully we’ll have suggestions toward or a solution soon!

Hey Laurie - does this mean that we are just not able to upload still. Is there another way to upload or do you just want us to hang tight until you guys are able to resolve this issue?

Mark is hoping to have a new FTP client out early next week, and then it will work, but we won’t have another solution until then.
