Metadata Training Notes
In the dLOC Training Sessions, metadata is taught in the context of image and textual materials even though we generally attempt to restrict the amount of data we throw at attendees during the training sessions. For the newspaper partners this won’t be as significant because the newspapers are catalogued - generally - as an entire run of newspapers, and in many cases we will find a completely developed OCLC record for them already.
