YouTube XL

Released This Week: YouTube XL

On Tuesday, YouTube unveiled YouTube.com/XL,  a revamped version of YouTube.com/TV that works on any web browser that can be connected to a Television.  It doesn’t matter if it’s a PC, game console, or another device with web browsing capabilities.

This new, clean design makes for easier searching and viewing.   It’s intended for viewing on a television or large display panel, so it works great for watching high-def videos in full-screen mode.

Now your favorites are even bigger and better:      ;)

Get ready to ride the Google Wave – Google announces their new vision of the web!

Google has unveiled an early preview of an online collaboration and communication environment called ‘Wave’ and is inviting developers to get involved in the open-source project.  Read More.

From Google:

A wave is equal parts conversation and document.People can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.

A wave is shared. Any participant can reply anywhere in the message, edit the content and add participants at any point in the process. Then playback lets anyone rewind the wave to see who said what and when.

A wave is live. With live transmission as you type, participants on a wave can have faster conversations, see edits and interact with extensions in real-time.
