On Wednesday, October 15, 2008, from Noon 1pm, guest speaker, Trudi DiTrolio, conducted a workshop on the importance of getting good sleep. Approximately 31 attendees dropped in to learn more about the importance of getting a good night’s sleep as well as tips on acheiving this.
