Media Production Studios
ADA/MEDIA PRODUCTION STUDIOS

The InfoCommons @ West has two identical Accessibility/Media Production studios available to enrolled students on a first-come first-served basis.
- Patrons requiring the use of the assistive technologies or multimedia applications in these studios are given priority to use them.
- These studios are not used as general group study rooms.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 people
MINIMUM OCCUPANCY: 1 person

- 19″ desktop computer monitor
- Over-sized (12″ x 17″) flatbed scanner
- ADA trackball mouse and keyboard
- Firewire Port

RESERVATION/CHECKOUT PROCEDURES:
- To inquire about room availability please visit the Research Assistance Desk on the 3nd floor of Library West.
- The key must be picked up in person at the Research Assistance Desk and signed out by the assignee with members of the group present.
- All personal books, papers, and other belongings must be removed and the key returned to the Library West Research Assistance Desk within two (2) hours of sign-out or an overdue fine will be charged.
GUIDELINES FOR USE:
- The assignee is responsible for the key and condition of the room.
- Study room keys may not be duplicated.
- Do not move library furniture into study rooms.
- Food is permitted, with some restrictions. Please throw away all trash.
- Rooms are not soundproof. Please be considerate.
- DO NOT leave the room unattended.
- The library is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property.
- Lock door securely and turn off lights and equipment when leaving the room.
- The checkout period for a room is 2 hours.
- $10 per hour, or fraction thereof, overdue charge. Maximum $100 overdue at which time the item is considered LOST. There is a non-refundable $35.00 replacement fee if the key is LOST.
- Please return your key directly to a staff member to ensure its prompt return.
