If you answered yes to any of these questions, come and join us Wednesday, October 15, 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the Library West InfoCommons on the third floor as we share some practical tips for getting enough sleep.
It is tempting to sacrifice sleep to squeeze in more time to study but sleep deprivation actually makes it harder to learn and to focus.Learn how much sleep you really need to be effective, how to establish good sleep hygiene and why it’s important to make sleep a priority. We will cover how to search library databases, request materials through Interlibrary Loan, and manage your citations using bibliographic management software such as RefWorks. Time will be given in class to do individual research and ask questions.
