I was looking at some of the NASA items and gathered a few statistics.
NASA Conference Publications: approx 95% have records in Aleph already. A few items are bound together, some are large enough to be in 2 pieces per title. Idea to go ahead and analyze.
NASA technical Memorandum: We have 14,235 records in Aleph for this series in Aleph, 14,219 with the series note, 2 which were created on the fly when they circulated. We have #952-5000ish nearly complete, plus 25 lin. ft. of items between #5000 and #89065. Bound volumes contain about 8-14 items per volume.
NASA Technical notes: We have #1-8529 near complete. 431 records are in Aleph, 13 were created on the fly.
NASA Contractor Reports: We have #1-4744 complete with 7 lin. ft. for #4745-176012. We have 12,156 records in Aleph, 14 created on the fly. Each volume contains about 5-10 items per volume.
These are exceptions to the norm.
