Moving to UFAD: Forwarding your Gatorlink Email
Forwarding
UF’s Exchange Policy for Gatorlink accounts requests that all users, who have UF Exchange accounts, forward their Gatorlink accounts to their Exchange Account. You should not begin to forward your gatorlink mail until your library mail has been transfered by systems. After that, the process for forwarding is very easy, its all taken care of in my.ufl.edu.
Log into my.ufl.edu with your Gatorlink user name and password. Select from the menu on your left “My Account. This menu option allows you to manager your Gatorlink account and UF directory information.
From either the sub menu or the main page select “Set Gatorlink Email Forwarding”. This will change the main page into the Email Forward Page.
From here its very simple you should see your gatorlink email address listed, and the location that it is currently being sent to. If you are not alerady forwarding your gatorlink mail to another location it will list your Gatorlink mailbox as the location your mail is being delivered to. Click the “Forward to UF Exchange/Outlook” and the process is complete. The page may not update the information until you refresh, but your gatorlink mail is now being sent to your UF Exchange account.
